Does Iron County still do Parowan's building inspections?
No. Parowan City no longer uses Iron County for its building permit and inspection process and now runs its own building department, and the permit process is entirely online. That is a change worth knowing about, because older guidance and third-party permit sites still point people at the county. City offices are at 35 E 100 N. Property outside the city limits does still go through Iron County. If you are not sure which side of the boundary a parcel sits on, check with the city before you submit anything.
When does the stucco season close in Parowan?
There is no fixed date, but it closes earlier than anywhere else in the region we cover.
