When you submit a quote request, bid request, or contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, project city and address, project description, and for builder inquiries a company name and plan links. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates, and perform the work you hire us for.
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email provider, which processes the submission contents on our behalf.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and what devices they use. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can block analytics with standard browser tools and the site works fine without it.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not run third-party advertising on this site. We share your details only with service providers needed to operate the site and respond to you, and when the law requires it.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry details as long as needed to serve your project and our records. If you want the information you submitted deleted, email us and we will remove it from our systems where we are not required to keep it.
