Assembly
What is behind the finish.
Nearly every failure starts in a layer nobody sees once the wall is done. This is the order we build it in.
Why it matters
A finish coat lasts thirty years when the lath spacing, brown coat hydration, and corner detail are right. Most failures aren't about the finish, they start in the layers no one sees.
