Why do the same drywall cracks keep coming back in my Ivins house?

The Kayenta ACC Handbook is written around exterior appearance: exterior colors, materials, roofs, walls and fences, lighting, and the overall profile of the house against the landscape. Interior drywall, texture, and paint are not what the committee is reviewing. What can still touch you is the construction process itself, since the handbook sets site observation points and requires that work be approved before it starts on the exterior side. If your interior project also changes anything visible outside, such as a new window opening, that part goes to the ACC.
