Jose is the general contractor who runs D&D's work in the field. He was part of the push that took the company beyond stucco into stone, drywall, and paint, and he holds all four crews to the same finish standard. Crews at D&D specialize rather than rotate between trades, and Jose is the one making sure each lead's decade of experience shows up on the wall, job after job.
